running Lightweight Gateway on VMware virtual machines

Copper Contributor

We are receiving the health alarm "Some network traffic is not being analyzed" - but CPU and RAM ressoruces are OK. We are running Lightweight Gateway on VMware virtual machine.

Documentation is mentioning "TLS 1.0 is disabled on the ATA Gateway but .Net is set to use TLS 1.2" as a possible issue / resolution when running  ATA Gateway or Lightweight Gateway on VMware virtual machines . Is this still an issue and is the documentation correct Talking About TLS 1.0 on one side and TLS 1.2 on the other.

By the way: I already checked the mentioned offload options (TsoEnable, LargeSendOffload, TSO Offload, Giant TSO Offload).

@cscherb mismatched TLS policy shoudl cause a complete disconnection of the Gateway, not traffic drop, so most likely this is not it.

If the system is not busy (CPU/RAM wise) and configured correctly (High Per power plan, Hyper threading off, full memory and cpu reserved, etc, ) then you need to contact support as diagnostic data will need to be collected to  make progress.
