Azure ATP Notifications Save Button won't enable

I'm trying to setup Mail Notifications via Azure ATP portal for new alert and new health issue detections.  After turning both on and entering an email address, the Save button refuses to enable.  Tried it in Edge, IE, and Chrome.  What am I missing?

Nevermind -- had to hit the plus signs after entering email.
