Ensuring groups don't get orphaned

What is the recommended best practice to ensure that Office 365 groups don't get orphaned when their owner leaves the organization?

Is there a configuration option to ensure that groups always have at least 2 owners or is this something that needs to be enforced with a custom Powershell script?

No, you have enduro this with a script! Microsoft themselves do this internally and has also released their script for this!
I’ll try to find it, or if someone else have it!

They use this together with group expiration policy’s to make sure owners will be notified about group’s expirations and that all groups have owners
Thanks, that is what I thought, I just wanted to make sure that I was not missing out on some functionality.
No problem
