B2B Users unable to accept invites

We’ve had a couple of separate incidents in quick succession whereby client users are unable to accept their B2B Invites and are presented with the below message when trying to redeem their invitation.  Is anyone aware of any policy change allowing orgs to prevent users from accepting B2B invitations from other inviting orgs?

"You can't get there from here - It looks like you're trying to access a resource that belongs to an organsization that's not approved by your IT department".
