Started happening about a month ago users would change password after being prompted but the prompt keeps on returning. (Not happening to everyone but I'm unable to find a pattern)
We've logged out logged back in again restarted etc
Access Work or School Account > Info > Sync
Company Portal > Setting > Sync
Reset the password myself via 365 admin Center
Check for updates > Check for updates
Provisioned with autopilot and we use intune everything cloud based
I believe the below has something to do with things not working

I believe the issue may have been the passwords not syncing correctly.
Password constraints on local and online are different which is why they wouldn't sync.
User password satisfied one constraint but not the other not a problem we could see so very hard to figure out
