Azure AD B2B Guest User unable to see App in Access Panel

Hi, I am trying to set up B2B Collaboration for an external company to access Microsoft Teams. I have created the Guest user, granted them a license and they can access the Team from the Team invite. However when they accept the B2B invitation they do not see any apps available to them in the Azure access panel. The option for seeing apps in the O365 portal only is set to no. Any ideas why this is happening? Rgds Lee
