Point was nothing except the similar feature in HTML was called Add Notes & by some people & in some places the similar feature is referred to as inking. Was just an observed fact about the various wording used or applied different times & locations for this. Wasn't an opinion about anything. Sorry you misunderstood.
I didn't misunderstand anything, but you did because I only talked about "web capture" and "add notes", the terms alone, don't care what people used to call it, it's their choice.
