Is someone experiencing the same error message when trying to access the  Azure's website? ( we can complete your request at this time, our website is experiencing some problems now, please try it later>)

Guess you mean portal.azure.com?

I did not have any Issues with Logins during the last days here in Europe.

Maybe your at some other Region?
