SAML single sign on Application testing not working

I have created my testing SAML single sign on application and configured User and basic application details. It was working fine in last week. But currently I am not able to click "Sign in as current user" button for Test application.

@sdholariya I'm having the same issue on our live tenant but not on a test tenant. Seemed to start Monday. I added the Azure SAML toolkit to make sure it wasn't the app Id just made and same result. The test buttons can not be clicked, they dont show as hotspots I've logged out, cleared cache, and rebooted.

I have also added Azure SAML toolkit, cleared cache and checked but still facing issue of test button can not be clicked.
