PaaS app public IP restriction custom ports

Hi, please could someone advise what security solution to use alongside paas web service using 443 and some additional custom ports? I need to restrict this to only accessible to certain public IP's, it also needs to be compatible with multi region disaster recovery active/standby. Thanks

We use Azure Front Door with WAF to achieve similar capability
