License for Teams notification from Logic App

Hi,

I have a need to develop a Logic App that sends messages in a Teams channel. I use an Office 365 user account for authentication and "Post message in a chat or channel" as action. Is this sufficient at the license level or is it necessary to have other licenses (e.g. Power Automate licenses)?
