Hi,
Recently I have oberved decreased performance on Azure / App Services.
I use the App Service Plan: S2
I both see decreased performance when trying to run a Azure Function manually.
I also see decreased performance when deploying an App via "Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2022 Version 17.3.5".
It takes 5-10 minutes to deploy an app, which normally took 30 seconds.
I do not see any signs of, that the App Service Plan is running out of ressources.
The CPU Percentage is approx. 10-20%, and MEmort is approx. 50-60%.
I have not seen such issues for the last 5 years or so...
Is there an explanation?
