Let me explain our case. We are implementing a new VPN solution that require MFA for authenticating the user before the VPN connect.
When the user logon in his Windows device, a webpage raised up to ask the user to validate his MFA. The case is that this page just looks like our whole tenant branding and the user don't know why he has to validate a MFA.
The goal that I'd like to achieve is to customize this specific sign-in page to show the user that this is for his VPN connection.
