NET7.0项目 64位目标平台下 COM组件包注册失败

该项目由原先的Framework4.8迁移到.NET7.0，我已成功完成所有迁移工作，但目前唯一的问题就是，64位下的MSScriptControl组件包(在引用管理器里叫Microsoft Script Control 1.0)在启动时会被IDE报异常，说该COM包未能注册成功，项目中其实是把它成功编译了的，但是右击它导航到资源管理器里却没有显示所在的目录，请问各位此问题该如何解决，是要在本地装一个对应的dll还是什么？
