Dear All,
We have an existing on prem SQL source db (CDC enabled) with SSIS ETL packages loading data to an on prem SQL Destination db.
We have below 2 requirements
1. Migrate ETL package and Destination DB from on prem to Cloud, please note the source still will be on prem SQL db.
2. Avoid the ETL incremental load dependancy on CDC of source db. There are multiple problems with CDC associated incremental load (performance and data consistency). Hence we dont want to use CDC and go for alternative approach.
Kindly could you suggest yor expert advice on the best architecture which we can plan to achieve both our requirements.
