You can send an e-mail to yourself containing an attachment, and Office will advertise that you could have "saved this e-mail" by using Your Phone, an app that allows you to access your mobile phone's files from your PC.
In German, the translated text is "Speichern Sie diese E-Mail", which suggests you to "save" this e-mail, as in "saving" a file. Speichern is not understood in the same sense as the English word, to save. I would suggest the more fitting translation "sich (...) sparen", such as: "Sparen Sie sich diese E-Mail" or "Diese E-Mail hätten Sie sich sparen können".
