"Koppeling" is in general only used in cars as in "Clutch" and not commenly for hyperlinks. The english word "Link" is prefferable here as it is commenly used in dutch speaking and writing.
"Pers. met best. toegang" is probably abbreviated as "Personen met bestaande toegang" but it is unclear WHY the 7 extra characters are missing here. "Pers." is not a common abbreviation, can be the abbreviation for other words and also is the word for "Press". the same for "Best." which is also an existing word "Best" as in good, better,best.
