In the Dutch version of Outlook 2016 (16.0.4993.1001), when I open a user's contact card, his home phone number is correctly translated as 'thuis', but when I open the (Skype?) contact card using the actions button, it is being translated as 'Start'. This is a correct translation for home in some case, e.g. when used in Home Button / Start Knop, but in this case the translation in the Outlook contact card is correct.
