Build an app or service like Google crowdsource to enhance Microsoft's artificial intelligence and localization with the help of people around the world. Name it whatever you want, but my suggestion is "Microsoft crowdsource".
This scheme can help globalize features such as text-to-speech and speech-to-text, as well as Microsoft translation.
