When I logged into the Admin Center I had a popup, which took over the browser screen, ask me for feedback on a recent support request. As I hadn't entered one recently I was puzzled. I closed the popup and checked the Support area, and the only recent support request was entered by a co-worker. So it should have been them, not I receiving that popup feedback request.
haven't heard of this problem yet. If this comes up again, please let me know. The easiest is actually if you could right when it happens send feedback on this through the feedback button in the right lower corner of the admin center. That way, the engineering team can directly look into this and they know which site it happened on and can more easily access the logs.
