Secure Score not being calculated

I have a Office Business Premium trial account, which has been active for over 48 hours,  however I have not been able to get a Secure Score working in the Admin Center: the score page still says 'no data to show'. I have 4 licensed users set up on the tenant. Are there any other prerequisites required for me to be able to see a secure score?
