Anyone know specifically what features are enabled with the "Premium encryption in office 365" license?

I cannot find anywhere "Premium Encryption" can you tell me where you have seen this license offering?

Do you mean Office 365 message encryption ..? or Azure Active Directory Premium Plans..?
