Problem In My Subscription to Office 365

Though I have subscribed for Office 365 Basic Business plan and paying monthly through credit card, my account still asks me to UPGRADE to business Basic. Payments are regularly reflected on my credit card but not shown in my Office account at all. Also, full version TEAMS is not enabled. I am not an IT  technical person. I require to sort out this problem because my complaint through feedback form is also not addressed by Microsoft.
