Yes, long title.
As MS rolls out new GUIs, we are noticing less and less functionality for our delegated admins. We are at the point where our lower level techs cannot perform basic functionality like adding things to the allow/block list for spam due to "Insufficient Rights."
All of our techs are listed as "Admin Agent."
Due to compliance, only higher level techs can have GA rights. It seems completely contradictory that by removing rights for delegates to "improve security," we now have to hand the greenest techs GA access to perform a basic spam function.
Do I have this wrong? Is there a work-around? What is going on over at MS?
