Opt out of First Release

Looking for documentation or experiences related to opting out of First Release. Our tenant is currently configured with First Release enabled. We are discussing pros/cons related to this, and would like to better understand consequences of reverting to Standard Release

Basically if you are using any first release feature in Office 365 you will lose it as soon as you leave first release.
