This is Mustafa Alnajar from IT-Department from Berlin.
Unfortunetly we are facing a problem with office application.
Our users when they work with "Excel & PowerPoint" the applications just freezes everything.
This is happend with more than one user.
We actually changed the PC, but it is unfortuently that didn't help.
We need your assist please.
