Office 365 backups

I've mix of O365 Essentials and Premium licenses. I want to setup a backup system either within O365 or a local backup to store user mailboxes on daily/hourly basis. How can I achieve this?

I've to find a prompt solution, I'll have a look at it.. Is it possible to disable email delete for users? I mean if someone deletes an email, can be moved to Bin or some hidden location but should stay there (don't permanently delete).
