When i try and get into O365 Exchange i get this error every time.
I can get into all admin portals using the admin account but not exchange
I have created an account with the same rights and that works with all portal and exchange
Is there a way to reset the original admin account ?

Try using a different browser/private session. If that doesnt help either, open a support case.
