O365 MDM: Restrict access to MS apps only

Hi all, 

we want to set up O365 MDM to restrict mobile users (iOS/Android) to access mail (and other data) by the Microsoft apps only (Outlook, Teams ...) but prevent the users/the devices to access using native Apple iOS Mail or Calendar integration or similar on Android. This should not affect desktop access.

MDM is activated and is working so far but I don't have a clue how to prevent from »native« connections. Any help would be highly appreciated!

O365 MDM has a limited feature set, for this you will need Intune: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/intune/app-based-conditional-access-intune
