Very frustrated. I messaged Microsoft about being locked out of my account. After they investigated the issue, it appears there was a security issue. The only answer was to create a new Microsoft account and even then, It may not allow me back in? I also am told to use a new email address which I can't. I need to use my work email address. Please help.
