No Global Admin

Copper Contributor

Hi, I've recently purchased an Office 365 subscription from NetRegistry and I need an account that has global admin access.  Should one of my existing accounts have that permission?

I am not familiar with NetRegistry but usually when You set up a new Microsoft 365 tenant you enter a name of the new tenant and You also create an account with a preferred username. That account should become Global Admin by default. Once You have that username and its password You can manage other accounts in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

@MagnusGoksoyrOLDProfile Thanks for your reply.  It confirmed what I thought.  I now need to find out who or how I fix it.

Regards,

Paul
