Manage Apps page missing in Teams Admin

Hi Community !

I've recently setup Viva Connections on my Demo Tenant. 

I can't access anymore to "Manage Apps" menu on Teams Admin Center (no menu)

When i try to open with url  https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/policies/manage-apps

i have an error "The page you are looking for does not exists"

Is there anything i can check ?  (i have full admin access on tenant, maybe i did something wrong)

Double-check your admin privileges, or try with a different user if possible. If still no access, best open a support case.

Yes A different Admin User have the same issue .

Go with support case then, as it's likely some issue on the backend.
