Keep mailbox of deleted user

Hello,

We are looking for a way to keep a deleted users' mailbox. We have several users that we'd like to delete from our AD but these users still have shared mailboxes attached to them. We often need to search in these mailboxes so we'd like to keep them. We also don't want to keep a license on it.

Is there a feature in O365 that can help us with this?
