Is there something like an admin user with no mailbox?

Hello,
I am thinking of migrating the email accounts of one my customers to Office365
but would like to know if it includes an admin account with no mailbox
for management.

I currently use Google Workspace for one of my customers and I need to pay an extra license for an admin user (with mailbox), otherwhise I would have to delegate the admin permissions to one of their users.

Hello @alenguav,

You can have a user without an assigned Exchange license so this user won't have a mailbox. Or even more, an unlicensed admin user.
