I set an alert to notify me of open documents from concrete user when I showed the case on the presentation. After then when I turned off the alert I still recieve a notifications even when I deleted the alert. Is there any option how to cancel sending of notifications? It is really annoying when I recieve thirty and more emails per day... Thanks for you experience and help.
If you cancelled the alert and are still receiving alert messages, then it seems something is wrong with this feature in the Compliance & Security Center. I recommend you to open a support ticket so you can report about this problem and get help from Microsoft engineers.
