Since we have couple o365 console/account, so hopely there is setting in O365 which cansend o365 license(i.e. E3,E1, P1) via mail regularly.

Not sure I understand the question, if you want some sort of a scheduled licensing report to be emailed to you, there are third-party products that provide such functionality. Or you can build something yourself based on the Graph API/PowerShell/Power Automate
