I have been issued the Microsoft Certified Professional in Aug 2018. I believe I registered for the exam with an account other than my personal Gmail account. I probably used my previous company account. I have moved to another organisation and would like to receive my transcript and the ability to link my certificate to my gmail account.
Please help, I have already raised a ticket and tried to contact the support centre.
