Hi everyone! I’m on the Office 365 admin team, and we’re working on a session for Ignite this September (ignite.microsoft.com) called Tips and tricks for managing Office 365. We’ve compiled our list, but I’d like to hear from you. In your day-to-day lives managing Office 365, what tips would you share with others? What did you find essential in managing Office 365? Cloud technology is changing so rapidly it some times hard to keep track of all changes.
Everyday i visit roadmap portal to see what is released and planned.
I regularly keep an eye on message center for latest happening. and keep the team updated for upcoming change.
Reviewing o365 Licenses
I keep an eye on Service health and notify Helpdesk as FYI.
Review documents for all tasks such as Exchange Mailbox/Contacts/Delegation/Groups etc and modify them if needed.
Similarly for Sharepoint/Yammer and SFB
Continue work on incident tickets and work on breakfix issues.
We do attend on-demand webcasts and MVP videos to understand more about o365 services
