Global Outgoing disclaimer changed; one user still shows old disclaimer

A client of mine had me change their outgoing message that gets appended to every outgoing message. (EAC - Rules)

 

Most users had to log out of their Office365 account, and log back in, to see the updated message appended to new emails 

 

One user claims they have logged out, and back in, and a day and a half later still sees the old disclaimer on new messages she sends.
