External user still not gone!

Hello,

I am having the worst time in the world trying to delete an external user from a sharepoint site. I have used these methods:

And also the method where you go to the membership=0 and find the person yields nothing. Her email address is not in there. 

When I go to re-share the file the external user is having issues with it starts to autopopulate with her email address to me which indicates its still in there. 

Any help would be appreciated!

You have to delete the user also from azure ad guest as the user if listed in your users list at some point would be added as a guest. Once removed you need to go to deleted users and also delete the object there as well. Check Sharepoint then it should clear.
