If I export all users from the admin portal, the Company field is missing. Is this just an oversight or is there a reason behind it?

Company is not an Azure AD attribute, but an Exchange one. As in, you get/set it via the Exchange Online Get-/Set-User cmdlet. Although nowadays I believe the Graph returns it directly, too.
@Vasil MichevAh yes, should have thought of that. Its inclusion in PowerBI adoption reports etc. alongside the other user data threw me.
