With the updated Exchange admin center, and the new conflict check for anti-spam inbound policy, is there a way to produce a report for the conflicts found?

Since there has been no response for two weeks, I'm guessing that is because there is no way currently to produce a report of the conflicts. These conflicts prevent saving changes in the new Exchange Admin Center - Anti-Spam Policy.
Without the ability to produce a report of conflicts found, you're asking me to manually compare thousands of entries, which only display four at a time, in order to make the new Exchange Admin Center - Anti-Spam Policy functional.
The current workaround is to make the new entries in the Classic Exchange Admin Center - SPAM Filter, thus totally shunning the new Exchange Admin Center - Anti-Spam Policy.
I would hope that this issue gets addressed before access to the Classic Exchange Admin Center is cut-off.
