Emails from my domain come through with dkim=perm_fail

Any suggestions on how to combat this?  Most of the emails coming from my O365 domain have dkim=perm_fail in the email header.  Often times (not always) emails are going to spam folders.  How do I prevent this?

Would recommend deploying one of DMARC reports processing and analyzing solutions, listed on DMARC.org website:
