Disable Email forwarding to external users in OWA from personal computers

Hi,

We want to disable email forwarding to external users in OWA on any non-domain joined computers ( personal computers). We would like to allow email access READY only mode in OWA on personal computers. 

I know we can restrict sharing/printing/downloading in Sharepointonline. Is there anyway we can achieve same in OWA  (restrict forwarding/sharing/printing/downloading)?

With OWA conditional access policy, we can restrict attachments downloads/printing. But we want to restrict email content also.

No, you cannot do this. You can either block access to OWA completely, or block attachment downloads, but you cannot restrict specific email actions based on the location.
