Creating a O365 service request without success

I'm trying to create a service request for our customer since we are delegated administrator for them. Our customers seem to have only the "freemium" service request topics such as billing and subscription at the moment.


Also when trying to use a service request like that it won't even list out the domains. Basically I cannot open a new request right now.


What should I do?

Microsoft is changing the way you can open a service quest so that could be the source of your problem...basically they are integrating the support process in the new Admin Portal as a pane that will directo you to being called by Microsoft support or to contact your Office 355 partner
