change locale for any upcoming site collections and existing site collections from locale-US to UK

Hi,

I want to change the default locale settings at the tenant level so that any newly created site collections and existing site collections can be changed to UK from US.

I want to display the date settings to EN-UK.

I'm not aware of such a tenant setting so I'm afraid this is something you are not going to be able to do

can it be configured while we create a site collection.

Yes, but you are asking about a tenant setting that as I said, It does not exist

So, if it is available while creating a site collection; could you please let me know if it is available in UI

or its rather a powershell script which i have to execute.
