I have an office 365 subscription, and two PCs, a desktop and laptop. Both are registered to my yahoo account (not work account), but also have the Work/Student account listed.
When I try to download 365, the only option I have is Skype. I downloaded and installed, and full office was loaded. However, when I try to run, it says its not registered and can only work on cloud. When I try to login using my work account it says the admin has to approve . I am the admin.
I have spent hours going in circles between different admin accounts MS 365 Admin, Portal.office.com, admin.microsoft.com trying to find where to connect the dots.
Any help would be appreciated.
