I have a user that has auto-expanding archive enabled but yesterday he had some issues and I found that his recoverable items were showing as full again. This is what the information for the user looks like:
110 GB used, 100.0% of 110 GB, warning at 90.9%
Archive Recoverable Items usage
296 GB used
The auto-expanding archive should increase up to 1.5 TB from my understanding, but it doesn't look like it's doing that. I have a ticket in with Microsoft concerning this. We do have a litigation hold that is a permanent hold, so that is an issue if we try to clear any of the recoverable items. Does anyone have any suggestions?
