I have admin permissions for users of an Office 365 account and they are enrolled in MFA, but I noticed some users have ways of using different types of way to authenticate and others do not have that option. How do I add option in authentication for some of the other users such as adding a second phone or other ways? I know there is way but I just can’t remember it..
