Audit Logs and OneNote pages

Hi All: 

I'm trying to run some audit log data on OneNote usage to get a sense of what's being used in the org. However, it appears that audit logs only track down to the section, which is listed as file. Anyone have an understanding of this and how to I might achieve what I am after?

Office 365 doesn't collect any OneNote-specific audit events afaik, the only ones you'll see are the ones related to notebooks/pages stored in SPO/ODFB, as in event related to creation/deletion of the underlying files as you've mentioned.
